Joe supports our attorneys working on self-sponsored immigrant visas (EB-1A and NIW) as well as a variety of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. Joe loves engaging with the international community and understands the importance of helping our clients navigate the US immigration system since his mother is a green card holder herself. Having grown up in the Bay Area in a biracial home, he values the acceptance of different cultures and nationalities and the creation of diverse communities.
Joe received his BA in Philosophy from UC Berkeley in 2020. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time gardening and following our local Bay Area sports teams.

Lillian, our dedicated Office Manager, brings over a decade of experience in law firm management, ensuring the seamless daily operations of our firm since its inception. Lillian is also an experienced Paralegal with a specialization in family-based immigrant petitions and applications, with over five years of expertise. She is passionately committed to assisting our attorneys in handling complex cases and discovering effective solutions for her clients. Lillian has successfully assisted hundreds of clients in filing adjustment of status, fiancé petitions, and consular-based cases.
Lillian holds a degree in Business Accounting from San Jose State University. She is also bilingual and speaks Chinese and English fluently. In her leisure time, she delights in baking and sharing her culinary creations.

Sam is deeply committed to the legal profession and prioritizes delivering exceptional customer experiences in her role at the firm. As a legal assistant, her primary focus centers on family-based immigration cases, and she thrives on delving into the more complicated matters of immigration law. Her overarching mission is to facilitate family reunifications, a cause that holds immense significance to her.
Sam holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Cal Poly Humboldt and has further honed her skills by earning a Paralegal Certification from Cuesta College. Beyond the office, she enjoys planning her next international adventure, immersing herself in new cultures, and embarking on outdoor explorations.

Taryn graduated from University of Denver with a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and is currently finishing her last year of law school at Santa Clara University. In her free time, she enjoys reading and running.
