Ivy is an associate attorney at the firm who works on employment-based petitions, including L-1s, H-1Bs, EB-1s, and EB-2s. She earned her J.D. degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, LL.M. degree from University of California, Davis, and LL.B. degree from Jiangnan University. Prior to joining Fok Immigration Law, Ivy interned at a boutique immigration law firm in Fremont and was a student counselor at the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center ("KGACLC") Immigration Clinic, where she gained her experience in immigration law practice.
Ivy is admitted to practice law in the state of California. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
