She focuses on intracompany transfers of managers, executives and employees with specialized knowledge; temporary and permanent employment of advanced degree professionals, individuals with extraordinary ability, national interest waiver candidates, etc. Attorney Stubbe also has extensive experience in representing immigrant investors under the EB-5 immigrant investor program in both Regional Center and direct investments, at the initial stage of obtaining a conditional green card and at the second stage of having conditions on the green card removed.
